Your personal information, including payment information, shipping and billing address will not be disclosed or shared with outside companies. 

Shipping

Shipping can take 3-4 business days. Monday-Friday (weekends not included). Shipping time does not include processing time. Processing time will be same day before 5PM and next day after 5PM. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Hand-Made Units-Please keep in mind that all handmade units have a longer processing time. Allow 7-15 days for making of the handmade units. Shipping is 2-4 business days depending on location. 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. Once your product has reached your possession you cannot return it. We do not process refunds due to the nature of the product being sold.
